Like my last picture of Preston, I did trace over a photograph to get his likeness perfectly down. I had a lot of fun with the colouring on this one, choosing lots of reds because at this point in the movie, he is going on a killing spree! I'm quite pleased with the blood on his lips, but the blood on his coat doesn't work very well in my opinion.

I decided to keep the rugged look to the bottom of Preston because it's somehow pleasing to my eyes, but if people think it looks scruffy I'd like to know!

The globe of the world was tricky to do as there are not any sorce pictures of it from exactly this angle, but I think it provides a suitable background anyway :)

Wow! Amazing. Looks just like him... And the globe behind Preston; great idea. One of the best Equilibrium portraits I've seen. Very nice, keep it up!

oh yea the blood on his coat looks like a rag tie. but i like the way youdid that rugged thing and that his hair is combed. which makes me wonder who exactly has blood on his lips and on a killing spree with very neatly combed hair? lol. ut i lie this pic anyway.

I dont know this preston but the shades are quite uniqe and detaild.. i wish i could get that good using a noormal pc..

i just wonder.. did u use a drawing pad or a mouse?

To begin I love it! I liek the fact you said upfront that you traced it, rather than futher down the comment.

Nexly the likeness is very well-known and his expresssion is conveyed perfectly. the background stads out, yet blends with the rest of the image and the red on the front of his clothes is very moody. I like it! Nay love it!

By the way, when I sign things, I sign them *exactly* the same way you do (thought I don't normally sign on deviantart because it already has my name :p ). I found that kind of funny :p
